How long does it take to get my package?
Netherlands: 1-3 business days.
Belgium & Germany: 2-5 business days.
Rest of Europe: 3 - 14 business days.
Outside of Europe: 5 - 14 business days.
Is Tête de Mule a French Company?
No, we are not a French company. We are officially a 100% Dutch company. However our name is French, the brand idea was born when we were Paris, and a lot of our designs were also made in Paris. We have always been inspired by French culture and fashion. That's why we went for the French theme, pretty stubborn right?
What does Tête de Mule mean?
Tête de Mule translates to "Stubborn" in english, "Eigenwijs" in Dutch. It's a phrase the French people use when someone is behaving stubbornly, like, doing their own thing even though people say he/she shouldn't do it.
How do I contact Tête de Mule?
If you have any questions you can send an e-mail to support@tetedemulecouture.com and we'll try to respond within 2-3 business days.
One or more items from my order are missing.
It is possible that the items you ordered are split into different packages. If this happens you might receive some items earlier than others. No worries, your other Tête de Mule items will arrive as well. If after 10 business days you still haven't received them, please contact our customer support and we will resolve it immediately.
How do I track my order?
Once you place your order you automatically receive a track and trace code from PostNL to track your parcel. If you have not received the track and trace e-mail yet, your order has most likely not been shipped yet.

How much can I get refunded?
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, unfortunately we can not offer a refund.
Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.
Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund when the order doesn't have free shipping?
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

Warranty & Repair
Do you offer warranty for your products?
All our products are subject to quality control. However, our products are made by hand. It can be possible that there are imperfections.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects, not imperfections.
Please notify us within 14 days of noticing any defects.
It does not cover worn usage or washing issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
Always consult the washing labels found in our garments.
